Originate a call

https://{host}/api/v1/call-control/calls/originate

Rings endpoint A (from — an extension or a number via the Pulse instance's active trunk) and, on answer, routes destination B (to) through the Pulse dialplan. Returns the new A-leg call_uuid immediately (async). Requires calls:originate.

Ring timeout (max 120).

REQUIRED. The campaign the call belongs to (CDR + recording policy + campaign CID fallback). Must belong to your Pulse instance.

Optional. Attribute the call to a lead.

Recording override. true forces recording on even if the campaign records nothing; false suppresses recording even if the campaign records. Omit to use the campaign's recording_mode. The two-party-consent gate + disclosure still apply.
